Lexis India and International is an database of LexisNexis for facilitating India and International Legal Information. Lexis India and International Provides Case Laws of Supreme Court of India and High Courts of respective states, Central Governmental Legislation, more than 60 Indian Legal commentaries on various law disciplines, Forms and precedents, Indian Journals including Journal of Indian Law Institute and Legal Dictionaries. Halsbury’s Laws of India is also accessible through Lexis India. Access to Indian Legal Content and International Legal Content under the same Platform.

Westlaw India & International is one of the primary online legal research services for lawyers and legal professionals. SCC Online is a product of Eastern Book Company primarily providing Supreme Court of India Cases publishing in SCC Weekly. SCC Online is known as most authentic source for SC Judgments due to its case notes and effective search.     INFLIBNET N-List

    The Project entitled “National Library and Information Services Infrastructure for Scholarly Content (N-LIST)”, being jointly executed by the e-ShodhSindhu Consortium, INFLIBNET Centre and the INDEST-AICTE Consortium, IIT Delhi provides for-

    1. cross-subscription to e-resources subscribed by the two Consortia, i.e. subscription to INDEST-AICTE resources for universities and e-ShodhSindhu resources for technical institutions; and

    2. access to selected e-resources to colleges. The N-LIST project provides access to e-resources to students, researchers and faculty from colleges and other beneficiary institutions through server(s) installed at the INFLIBNET Centre.

    The authorized users from colleges can now access e-resources and download articles required by them directly from the publisher’s website once they are duly authenticated as authorized users through servers deployed at the INFLIBNET Centre.

    2. OpenDOAR

    This freely available Directory of Open Access repositories allows you to search simultaneously scholarly repositories from across the UK and around the World (including SAS-Space). The JISC supported service is hosted and developed by the University of Nottingham.

    3. Shodhganga

    A reservoir of Indian Theses The Shodhganga@INFLIBNET Centre provides a platform for research students to deposit their Ph.D. theses and make it available to the entire scholarly community in open access. The repository has the ability to capture, index, store, disseminate and preserve ETDs submitted by the researchers

All data is freely available.
